Fretboard Workout

I just finished my second day of the fretboard workout. Like anything new it is challenging yet I have already noticed some benefits. It seems that the intense left hand workout has already helped my Barre chord playing. I am more flexible and my chords sound clearer than before. I highly recommend this to all.

I have been unable to access this forum since November because my computer wouldn't let me due to the problems. I used google to try and find a solution but nothing worked. This morning I was able to get in despite warnings that it was unsafe. I thought they had taken the site down. How distressing to be cut off with no links to members outside the site. How nice to be able to get back in. I hope the problem hasn't further eroded the members input which seemed to be dwindling. Good to be back!

A shaped barre chord

Still having a heck of a time making the A shaped barre chord.  I can't seem to make it sound good with barring with my ring finger and can't make it sound good using three fingers after C.  Ugh!!
