Obvious answer is "As Long As It Takes"

In Topic: Gibson's Skill House Lesson Breakdown

03 January 2018 - 09:12 PM

This post refers to a great series of short lessons Steve Krenz did a few years ago. The links in the inital post here were taken down in 2016. (they point to Gibson Skills House Arlen Roth) .
I wonder... what has happened to these "Skills House' lessons? They would still be a very valuable resource and the printed material that came along with them was excellent.I hope they are not lost. These lessons could even form the basis of a new or supplementary to Steve's original LMG course.

It is my understanding that for a Subscription fee, they are still available from Gibson.

A friend in Calgary called me to tell me that it is officially colder in Canada right now, than it is on Mars.

Started off at -24 now we're at -14.
Almost time to put shorts on.

I'm making my studio a little more roomy so I can practice this week in comfort not storage

Oddly enough my Chinese fortune cookie from last night dinner said.
"You will be happiest if you please yourself first"

After my laughing stopped.
I take this to mean I should buy a guitar

Oh not going there. Sure buy your self a guitar

It's supposed to get up to -14 F by 9 am! Horses are fed.  So until feeding them tonight I think I'll start the new year by alternating watching bowl games and practicing guitar all day!

Happy New Year to all my guitar family!

You gotta be desperate to watch football.

Started foggy and 39 F here. Going to 50F today, when t he fog burns off.

But that frigid northern winter weather is why I never moved home to Calgary when my wife passed. Too old for that anymore. But I love Calgary, best city to live in, except for the weather. Cool-cold-figid-warm are the four seasons.

Happy New Year,  and we may be in new diggs soon. Can't be worse than the year just passed I guess.
