Hey all,
Sorry this file was so tough to view. I'm using my wife's laptop so I don't have my video tools. I'm shooting with a very basic point and shoot camera and keeping it rolling for about 1 hour at a time. This was one of my smaller files. (snip)
That's OK .... I watch a LOT of Ken Burns' stuff on PBS, so I'm used to longish series.

Hey all,
Sorry this file was so tough to view. I'm using my wife's laptop so I don't have my video tools. I'm shooting with a very basic point and shoot camera and keeping it rolling for about 1 hour at a time. This was one of my smaller files. Once I get home, I'll be able to properly compress videos and of course do some editing.

The gathering was really fantastic! We're heading back to Dayton, OH this afternoon after the cook out and I will lose internet connectivity until I get home next weekend. I'll try to find an internet hot spot for Tuesday's chat.

I finally was able to watch this video. I kept trying but finally I read in a past post that if you take the URL and put it into a whole new tab on the internet, you might be able to get it. I think TomM said it. Anyway, Steve K and Dino look and sound great. Looks like a fun time. Thanks for sharing. Trudie

It took me about 40 minutes to view the Legacy Days Video 1 and I managed to capture the clip to my computer to watch and enjoy. I converted the video clip to divx format to shrink the size down to 41.5 mega instead of the original 140 + size. I uploaded the video to rapidshare to enable other forum members to download the clip if they so desire. I really enjoyed the excellent performances and thank all that enabled us that can't be there in person to participate. The link is : http://rapidshare.com/files/257301454/DSCN1124.divx

Agreed, everyone have a great time & don't go out of your way to post whilst at the event. We can all wait and view after the event has wound up.

Thanks for for the updates so far :).

I knew a bunch a you guys were posting wanting video or pics so I kinda pushed Ascoli into uploading some of his video for you. He is working on a movie so there is a lot more. I have pics on a disposable camera that I got because my Iphone wasn't functioning from Muriel's class that I will post later, and I plan on taking lots of pics today with Johnny Hiland and the Student Concert. Wish we could take video at All Star Guitar Night. Ah, such is life.

I know it doesn't substitute for being here, but I will try and post as much as I can about it once this is over to share what I have gotten out of this.

I think it's about 167MB in size .... That's probably uncompressed in the fashion of the video-playback Web sites.
