The kid has been all over the world since then. Late October he was in Bangkok, playing a festival with Tommy Emmanuel and Adam Rafferty, among others.
While we were all in Nashville, he was in LA winning the World Championship of the Performing Arts contest.
He also did a short electric tour of his native Australia a couple months back.

I once played a cat and got all scratched up. I should have waited until it was made into guitar strings first.
Jell-O curtains are the best of both worlds. Just don't eat the curtains.

My Mum didn't think that was funny, especially if he said it "in front of company".

Depends on what you've been wearing since you got home. Over a week might be a little long for the same shirt and undies.

Just turn the undies inside out and you're good for another week.....
can't you get 2 days out of the ones marked with "T"?

I grew up with the Fat Stock Shows and rodeos in Ft. Worth and Houstion, but know that they cannot match the Cheyenne Frontier Days. Seems like the films of that show wild chuck wagon races much like the ones in Canada. Would enjoy watching first hand.

I have to take issue a little with that Sackette64. This year's attendance at the Frontier Days was up a little at just shy of 200,000. At the Calgary Stampede, attendance was down a bit at 1,186,636.
These are both great events and I regret to say that I've never been to either, but they're both on my list of "must-do's".

Of course, neither of them comes close to the Legacy Days Gathering

My hero has always been Gene Autrey, followed closely by John "Duke" Wayne, but...it is now STEVE KRENZ. What a class act. Thanks Steve (and Legacy and associates).

"Wow!", cannot even begin to describe the experience. Thank you so much Steve for all of the selfless hard work and endless energy that you put into this event of a lifetime. It was truly a grand slam home run! :D
Meeting you folks from our discussion board and fellow LMG members has deeply enriched the experience of sharing our passion for the guitar.
Warm regards,
Tom

She lit up with this big smile, and introduced me to Johnny, and we made plans to do that in the near future. God I love this town.
