I am a bit on the fence when it comes to new Hendrix albums.  I love the albums that Jimi himself put out when he was alive but I have been kind of disappointed in the few posthumous albums that I have heard.

I guess if you are a Hendrix nerd you want everything he ever recorded, but for me most of it just sounds unfinished.

Just my opinion.  Not looking for an argument.  If you disagree with me than by all means buy the album and enjoy it thoroughly.

Unfortunately, the Hendrix heirs are pretty relentless money grubbers. They have released some pretty embarrassing music from his archives. I will have to hear it first. But there is a couple Double CD's out that are good Hendrix. The double CD of Jimi Hendrix, the BBC Sessions and Hendrix Live at Woodstock are both pretty good.
