I have spent some time watching some of the stretching exercises from the Guitar Gathering.  I was wondering if the PDF's are available or if the books are for sale anywhere?

River, they didn't post any pdf's or books on that gathering. Not sure that there is any hope.

Ohh.... I just clued into what you want.
it's known as the Phil Keagy Stretch

Steve had a video on the Skills House site before that web site was taken down.
so alternative choices.. somewhere buried on the U-Stream video channel there is a couple of times Phil was on live lessons and talked about his stretch.

look at Eracer's post in the link here on the forum (post #6)

http://community.lea.../33430-stretch/

what you do is start with your index finger on the 10th fret first string (see shape 1)
then move your index finger back to fret 8 leaving the other fingers where they where on the 11,12,13 frets respectively.
then move your 2nd finger back 1 fret from 11, 10 (shape 3)
then move your 3rd ring finger back 1 fret from 12 to 11
then move your 4th pinky finger back 1 from 13 to 12.
last move your index finger up 1 from 8 to 9 and meet the rest of the fingers.

then repeat this sequence over again, and again and again..
you will walk down the fret board, with an ever increasing stretch due to the frets get farther apart closer to the nut.

if you have start with your index finger higher like fret 12 go ahead,, no rules here.

ok here's the picture from that other thread

That is what I am looking for thank you. Now I just need someone to help me stretch my fingers in those directions :)
