Hello, have been long not on-line as I moved forward taking lessons and somewhat leaving the Gibson books aside. I came across two good resources to my eyes.

The first one is titled "Guitar Aerobics" by Troy Nelson (Ed. Hal Leonard), a practice of ca. 10 minutes per day for 52 weeks addressing very different techniques for each day. It has become my warm-up for practice and if I do not get up to speed, I just repeat a few time the fastest I can and will revisit the exercise in one year. I am convinced I will keep using the book over years as it is for nothing boring, a great mix of techniques and rhythms. Exists also in French and German.

The second one is "Guitar Fretboad Workbook" by Barrett Tagliarino, a little bit of theory to learn easily and intuitively the notes on the fretboard. I am not as assiduous as with the first book, but could make significant progress along time. Excellent way to learn and practice.

Hope you'll enjoy using these resources.

entering week 52 of the Guitar Aerobic book, was worthy the effort and will start all over again, an excellent warm-up exercise book to enter and concentrate on practice.
