Hi jbat,
As you have just joined the forum , Welcome.I assume you are talking about using the L&MP course along with the Michael Aaron one, correct me if I am wrong . I am doing the L&MP course as my main lesson ( thoroughly recommended ) & using Alfred's Basic Adult course level one & two as a supplement . I started lessons quite a few years back so I have had a head start but using the two courses is working well for me.

All the best John.

Hi Guys
I am using L&MP course along with Mark Almond's "Pianoforlife" you will not have any trouble find any cord with white or black base note ( see You Tube)
Best of luck
