Hello. I'm working on Lesson 2. Mr. Barrows says that a good sitting position is to have Middle C pointing toward one's navel. What about when the right hand is playing more below middle C than above it? Should I move my body along with my hands? They tend to get cramped & uncomfortable otherwise.

Move as much as you want. That was just a starting point. Check out YouTube and watch how others play.
