Hello, I'm working on Lesson 2. I feel as though I ought to be able to play the chords without looking at my hands (& the keyboard) before I progress. But I am getting frustrated; I do just fine if I look at my hands, but I can't jump the 4th in the right hand (C to F) without sometimes screwing up, even after hours of practice. Is it OK to proceed or should I keep hacking away until I can do this consistently with no mistakes without looking at my hands?

Glancing at your hands is okay. Don't worry about being 100% correct. Just have fun playing and learning.

I once played a cat and got all scratched up. I should have waited until it was made into guitar strings first.
Jell-O curtains are the best of both worlds. Just don't eat the curtains.
