I'll try and upload some of the videos I shot. they are mostly of Johnny Hiland, Martin Taylor and this guy. I think his name was Steve something or other. If you click through to YouTube these are available in 720p high def and look pretty good full screen.

I once played a cat and got all scratched up. I should have waited until it was made into guitar strings first.

Now for some Johnny Hiland.

These videos are taking a while to upload in high def so these will trickle in throughout the day.

Johnny Hiland say hello to the crowd and introduces the band.

Johnny Hilnd - Josephine (parts 1 and 2)

Halfway through this song a circuit breaker tripped and I stopped recording. That was a mistake because there was some fun goofy stuff that went on during the lull. After power was restored the band finished the song.

Hey thanks for posting these videos Tom. Yeah, that was really something when the power died. Johnny must have been running his amp so hot that he tripped the circuit breaker!

I should have gotten more but didn't want to hassle with always trying to get a front row seat. For such a small still camera the Canon SD780IS takes darn fine video.

If anyone has video of me in the student showcase I would like to see it so that I can share it with my family.

Thanks

Thanks Tom - enjoyed them all.

When I bought my first guitar it was terrible. I got it set up, tried different strings, even had a new nut and bridge put on it. In the end the only thing that made it better was practice.
