Help please

I am just about completing session 4 but I appear to have missed something. I have been reading posts about different exercises especially about octave changes, also someone mentioned the music for the entertainer. I have just watched the bonus workshop where this was refered to by Steve but there is nothing in the lesson book. Might be another senior moment thing (I do get lots of them) but can anyone advise please?

It is in the Bonus workshop book: page 34 for the octave jump (ex. 4.) and p37 for the entertainer. It seems that you don't have the book so here is the link for it: Bonus resource book

Thanks Leonard,
'Wow' it's a major addition to the learning curve. Oh well back to the beginning with the additions. I was just having a sneak look at session 5 but this will nail my feet to the floor for a while. Thanks again for the information,enjoy your music.
