When I was in my teens, about 1967, I bought a guitar and amp. It was a hollow-body electric guitar with a small amp. I do not remember the brand name. I never took lessons and after a couple of years gave my guitar and amp to a friend.
In late 2011, I decided to learn something new -- how to play a guitar!
I am working very methodically through the Learn and Master Guitar series. I find the materials excellent. The flexibility for my home-study and practice is just what I need to keep me on track to continue to practice, study, and learn!
