Took these pics with a Sigma DC lens 17-70mm f1:2.8- 4.5  17, 24,38,50 and 70mm the same as the


school pics please critique.

Hi! What was the assignment? The sky looks  over exposed in some. Exposing for sky and foreground a real challenge. You also seem to have the camera tilted a few degrees. Power lines in some photos detracting. Negative space in some. You might find that a 2 stop graduated neutral filter will help.Even though you have trees entering the sky the filter will help. Some filters have a soft edge and you won't notice it so much at its transition point. This is an area where adobe camera raw really shines. You can expose for the sky and you the adjustment brush to properly expose the rest.You can take two photos one where you expose for the sky and the other expose for the ground then merge them together In post production. I have an older version that still works good just using the exposure slider.
